About
Parkhill is a student residence for men near the University of Ottawa campus. Here, we seek to offer an environment where students can mature in their development and develop their talents. Since 1992, through its programs of formation and activities, Parkhill has helped a large number of young men.
Organisation
Parkhill is owned and operated by the Association for Cultural and Educational Development (ACED), a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1992 and recognized as a charitable organization (registration no. 899613871RR0001).
Director
Jean-Denis Paz
Jean-Denis was born in Fleurimont, QC and grew up in Laval. He obtained a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a master's degree in education from Laval University. Since his move to Toronto in 2013, he has been working in French catholic schools in Toronto and Ottawa while being the director of the Opus Dei centres in both cities.

Fr. Julio Lagos
Fr. Julio was born in St. Louis, USA. After high school, he moved to Chicago for university studies, during which time he joined Opus Dei. Subsequently, he left for Canada to attend law school. After studying law at the University of Ottawa, Fr. Julio worked as a lawyer in Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. He was ordained to the priesthood on May 8th, 2010 in Rome. Watch an interview with Fr. Opus Dei
The parents and educators who make Parkhill a reality are inspired by the message of St. Josemaria, the founder of Opus Dei, an institution of the Catholic Church that helps people find God in their everyday life. Activities of Christian formation at Parkhill are entrusted to Opus Dei.
